Why coaching? Aren't you a counselor?
Yup! My education, credentials, and professional background are primarily in counseling and the services I provide here are considered coaching. This allows me to serve people without geographic limitations. Currently, counseling cannot be provided to any client who lives outside of the state in which the counselor received their license. This poses significant limitations on who can access counseling.
As an unexpected twist in my life, I have developed a small (but mighty!) following on the social media apps Instagram and TikTok. This has resulted in people from different states and even different countries inquiring about my services. I love the idea of working with people who are passionate about my mission. I also know firsthand how difficult it can be for clients to find services that are (at minimum) weight neutral, much less fat accepting.
For that reason, I have decided to cut the geographic restrictions out of the equation entirely so I can reach the people who want to work with me, not just the people who live in my state. That's the reason for the change!
What are your fees?
25 Minute Quick Session - $80
Standard 50 Minute Individual Session - $155
Standard 50 Minute Couples Session - $195
1.5 hour or longer sessions are available by request and price varies

How often would we meet?
Appointments can be ongoing or scheduled as needed. There are no requirements for frequency. I've had clients who do weekly, monthly, or just spur of the moment as needed. There's no wrong way to engage in services!
Do you take insurance?
Personal coaching is not a medical service and is not covered by insurance.
